I haven’t always been a productive person. On the contrary, I failed many times to meet my expectations.

When I started my personal growth path, toxic productivity wasn’t a thing, yet. I didn’t know anything about healthy productivity, so I followed the trends.

I felt horrible when I didn’t succeed. I was ashamed of my procrastination, and I couldn’t bear my limits. I always wanted to do more. And failing made me feel even worse. It made me burnout many times.

Some years ago, people finally understood toxic productivity was a problem. I read many articles on the topic and tried everything to reduce that sense of guilt. Toxic Productivity by Israa Nasir helped me a lot. Here’s what I learned.
